Over de functie

Voor een internationale productieomgeving in de regio Etten-Leur is Inventus Uitzendbureau op zoek naar een Buyer / Inkoper met een commerciële mindset. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het operationeel inkopen van grondstoffen, halffabricaten en eindproducten ter ondersteuning van de productie van spare parts.

Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar kwaliteit, leverbetrouwbaarheid en kostenbeheersing centraal staan. De focus ligt op operationele inkoop, met ruimte voor tactische inbreng en procesverbeteringen.

Wat ga je doen?

• Inkopen van materialen en componenten conform afgesproken eisen op het gebied van kwaliteit, prijs, hoeveelheid en levertijd

• Zorgdragen voor tijdige beschikbaarheid van materialen om productiedoelstellingen te behalen

• Onderhandelen over prijzen en commerciële voorwaarden met leveranciers

• Beheren en onderhouden van inkoopdata in het ERP-systeem (ervaring met SAP is een pré)

• Opstellen en analyseren van dagelijkse en maandelijkse rapportages (KPI’s & performance)

• Evalueren van leveranciersprestaties via Vendor Rating

• Signaleren en oplossen van leveringsproblemen en het opstellen van herstelplannen

• Actief bijdragen aan verbeterprojecten binnen de supply chain

Jouw profiel

• Commerciële mindset en sterk resultaatgericht

• Vloeiend in Engels, Nederlands is een pré

• Ervaring met Excel (SAP-kennis is een pré)

• Inkoopervaring is een pré, maar geen vereiste

• Sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden

• Stressbestendig, proactief en oplossingsgericht

• Positieve instelling en een echte teamplayer

About the role

For an international manufacturing environment in the Etten-Leur region, Inventus Uitzendbureau is looking for a Buyer / Purchaser with a strong commercial mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for the operational purchasing of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products to support spare parts manufacturing activities.

The position is mainly operational, with some tactical responsibilities, and focuses on ensuring availability, quality, cost efficiency and on-time delivery in a dynamic production environment.

Your responsibilities

• Procure materials and components in line with requirements related to quantity, quality, price and delivery date

• Ensure timely availability of materials to support production and on-time delivery targets

• Negotiate prices and commercial conditions with suppliers to ensure optimal supply

• Maintain and manage purchasing data within the ERP system (SAP experience is a plus)

• Prepare and analyze daily and monthly reports related to KPIs and performance

• Evaluate supplier performance through Vendor Rating

• Proactively identify, coordinate and resolve supply issues and delivery risks

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain

Your profile

• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)

• Strong commercial mindset and results-driven attitude

• Solid negotiation skills

• Proficient in Excel

• Purchasing experience is a plus, not a must

• Stress-resistant, proactive and solution-oriented

• Positive mindset and a true team player
